Tracy Johansson, NBC-HWC, is a nationally certified Well-Being Coach and mindfulness meditation teacher certified through Mindful Heart Programs (MHP). With an MA in clinical psychology, she combines expertise in mental health with evidence-based mindfulness practices to help individuals cultivate resilience and inner calm.
As the founder of Essential Well-Being Coaching, she is passionate about guiding clients through life’s challenges, fostering balance and fulfillment. Her approach emphasizes self-compassion and nature connection, creating opportunities to deepen awareness and nurture a sense of interconnectedness with the natural world.
Grounded in the latest research on health and navigating stress, Tracy offers in-person workshops and one-on-one coaching that draw on mindfulness practices, guided meditation, and breathwork. Based in Santa Barbara, she shares her knowledge through community classes and events, creating inclusive spaces for personal growth and transformation.
