Callie Bowdish

Callie Bowdish has been practicing meditation with various groups for over 10 years. She has completed Mindful Heart Programs’ meditation facilitator training program and received certification. Meditation gatherings and retreats inform much of her practice. Her experience includes yoga, Zen, centering prayer, therapeutic insights, and exploration of Buddhist teachings. The 12-step recovery program, with its step of prayer and meditation, is part of her journey. Callie enjoys guiding others on their own path. She believes meditation helps people befriend themselves and get in touch with their hearts. She is thankful for the opportunity to give back to the meditation community that has given so much to her.
